Meet the Host
Gilroy is an educator and Visual Arts Instructor with over 30 years experience spanning two countries of the Caribbean. This experience is heavily skewed to the secondary level with minor exposure at the tertiary.
He in recent years has added leadership to his repertoire as head of department of the joint departments of Visual & Industrial Arts while also Director of School Safety Protocols. Being curiosity driven, he now explores the field of Instructional Design & Technology.
Gilroy is a trained Teacher with Diploma in Secondary Education from Sam Sharpe Teachers’ College in Jamaica.
He holds a Bs in Leadership & management from American College of Education and a MEd in Instructional Design and Technology also from ACE.
Being curiosity driven he enjoys solving problems and figuring how things work.
